These terms set out the basic conditions for accessing LPC information, directory listings and optional services.

Information, not an endorsement
LPC is an independent information service and is not affiliated with Health Canada. Directory inclusion, a company profile or a source match does not certify that a business is currently operating, licensed for a particular activity, safe, suitable or endorsed by LPC. Verify time-sensitive licensing and regulatory facts with the original authority.
No medical, legal or investment advice
Content is for general information and is not personalized medical, legal, regulatory or investment advice. LPC does not sell cannabis. Do not use this site to make clinical decisions or to determine the legality of a transaction without qualified advice and current authoritative sources.
Historical and third-party material
Selected older news articles are preserved for historical context; facts, prices and rules may have changed since publication. News items may reference third-party sources or contain images owned by others. Copyright remains with the relevant owners. Linking to third-party sites does not imply endorsement or control of their content.
Accounts, claims and submissions
Where accounts or listing claims are available, provide accurate information, protect your credentials and submit only material you are authorized to share. A claim is subject to verification and may be declined or corrected. Do not impersonate an LP, upload unlawful material, attempt unauthorized access or misuse the directory for scraping or spam.
Paid services and business opportunities
Any separately offered paid product is governed by its stated checkout, fulfilment and refund terms when enabled. An unavailable checkout is not a purchase offer. Statements that the LPC digital property is available for acquisition are invitations to discuss a potential transaction, not binding offers. Scope, rights, price and transferability are subject to written agreement and due diligence.
Accuracy, availability and responsibility
We aim to present source-aware information but cannot guarantee completeness, uninterrupted access or that a listing remains current. Content and features may be modified or retired. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
