Rosebud Productions Inc. [“Richmond Rosebud”] was purchased by National Green Biomed Ltd. [“NGB”] in 2017. Richmond Rosebud is an applicant for Standard Cultivation, Processing and Sale of Medical Cannabis with Health Canada. The Company submitted its Site Evidence package to Health Canada in December, 2020, after becoming the first company to successfully re-zone its site with the Municipality of Richmond for Indoor Licensed Cannabis activities. A cultivation licence is anticipated to be granted, followed by a processing licence in 2021.
