Working within the cannabis industry can be fun and rewarding. But where can you get a job in the cannabis industry?
Research is key. It’s good to find companies in the area (or the areas you’re willing to travel to) and learn more about who they are and what they do. As you’ll find out, each licensed producer (LP) is different. Some are cultivators, some are processors, some sell medical cannabis. There are also micro-cultivators and micro-processors. And, there are many LPs that have some combination of these Health Canada licences.
