FV Pharma Inc. is an authorized licensed cultivator, processor and seller under the Cannabis Act.

Headquartered at the former Kraft plant in Cobourg, Ontario, approximately an hour’s drive from Toronto, FV Pharma Inc. management’s mission is to transform the facility into the largest hydroponic indoor cannabis facility in the world. FV Pharma Inc. intends to target all legal aspects of the cannabis industry, including cultivation, processing, manufacturing, extracts and research and development.

FV Pharma Inc. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of FSD Pharma Inc. which is a publicly traded company on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the symbol HUGE.
