MEDISUN

Medisun Inc, a limited private Ontario corporation, has made application to become a licensed producer of medical cannabis pursuant to Health Canada’s Access to Cannabis for Medical Purposes Regulations (“ACMPR”). The Company will be phasing in the production of 217,352 ft2, 783,632 ft2 and finally 1,175,672 ft2 state-of-the-art production facility in Grande Pointe, Ontario.  Once they reached full capacity in 2019, this greenhouse site will conservatively yield over 81,000kgs of cannabis per year.
